Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Michael Santillo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WJS Solutions Group, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and client delivery across healthcare consulting and staffing services. As an original co founder and former Chief Operating Officer, he was instrumental in building the operational infrastructure and service model of the organization, and now drives its continued expansion as CEO and owner.
Michael is a healthcare operations and product executive recognized for his ability to scale organizations, enhance financial performance, and transform clinical operations across complex, multi site healthcare environments. His leadership is grounded in aligning operational execution with strategic growth, enabling organizations to improve both profitability and patient outcomes simultaneously.
Throughout his career, Michael has led enterprise level initiatives generating over 100 million in revenue, while driving meaningful margin expansion through workflow redesign, revenue cycle optimization, and performance driven operational strategies. He has been at the forefront of implementing AI enabled solutions within healthcare organizations, helping leadership teams adopt automation and data driven decision making to improve efficiency, scalability, and long term performance.
His experience spans product development, go to market execution, managed care strategy, and large scale operational transformation. In both executive and fractional leadership roles, Michael has consistently delivered measurable results, including generating millions in new revenue through service line expansion, improving value based care performance and quality outcomes across large patient populations, and optimizing staffing models and clinical workflows across multi practice organizations.
Michael has also led complex operational improvements across healthcare systems, including call center transformation, front office redesign, and enterprise wide process optimization initiatives that directly improved access, efficiency, and patient experience.
In addition to his consulting and operational leadership, Michael has successfully scaled healthcare recruiting operations nationwide, deploying over 130 providers and building strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth and long term organizational stability.

He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, and maintains multiple advanced certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Continuous Improvement Management, Executive Coaching Certification, Project Management Qualification, Value Based Care Certification, and AI in Healthcare from Stanford University.
